Toyota Corolla Cross Review:

The crossover revolution isn’t the only one taking place in the automotive world. Electric (EV) and hybrid technologies are becoming increasingly popular. For various reasons EVs aren’t really considered to be a completely viable option for the South African market. Toyota realised that hybrid tech can be and introduced the first-ever hybrid to be manufactured on this continent: the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. And being a hybrid makes it a bit of an outlier.

Hyundai Grand Creta Review:

Hyundai has started the first half of the year on a high note with the introduction of a multitude of new products. The new Grand Creta might look a bit familiar, and you might even mistake it for a facelift of the current Creta, but it is an entirely new product.

Kia Seltos Review:

Kia has been experiencing a bit of a Renaissance in recent years. It has pushed out a bunch of new products while updating some of its existing nameplates, and even changed its logo. The Seltos was one of Kia’s first new models at the start of this Renaissance back in 2019. It was envisioned to be an affordable compact crossover SUV for the middle class, and it quickly became one of the brand’s most popular offerings. And with good reason!

Crossing over to the adventurous side

Spending two days driving on a few truly beautiful routes in Mpumalanga and the Limpopo province and then unwinding in the lap of luxury for another three days sounded like pure bliss. Add to that the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of three spectacular destinations and a chance to get the adrenaline pumping and I was raring to go. When I learned that we would be doing so with five op South Africa’s favourite compact crossovers and in the company of representatives from each of these brands, I could barely contain my excitement

Hey Good Looking!

Clear skies, a mild temperature and not even the slightest breeze… when the weather is good, Cape Town really does show off.
