Peugeot has refreshed its Landtrek bakkie, enhancing its global reach, particularly in Africa, the Middle East, and South America. This new iteration boasts a more robust design while maintaining its versatility for both work and leisure.
Modern power and style
The revamped Landtrek embodies the brand’s signature aesthetic, blending a bold, vertical grille adorned with Peugeot’s new emblem and LED daytime running lights shaped like claws. The enhanced lower front section and glossy black fog lamp bezels emphasise its durability. The rear features a redesigned bumper and 3D LED lights, along with modern Peugeot lettering on the tailgate.
Its dimensions ensure practicality: the double-cabin model measures 5.33m, while the single-cabin extends to 5.39m, both at a width of 1.92m.
A refined interior
Inside, the Peugeot Landtrek boasts a tech-forward dashboard centred around a 10-inch HD touchscreen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Beneath the screen, Peugeot’s recognisable toggle switches offer intuitive access to key functions.
Designed for every journey
Whether used for business or pleasure, the Landtrek prioritises driver and passenger comfort. Options include single seats with an armrest or the innovative Multiflex 3-seater bench. This adaptable setup allows the central section to transform into a work desk or additional cargo space.
The double-cabin version offers unique modularity with 60/40 or full backrest folding, capable of handling extra loads. Rear passengers enjoy ample space, with 1.55m of shoulder width and minimum legroom of 50mm, ensuring comfort for up to six passengers. With 27 litres of internal storage and seven strategically placed handles, practicality is a key focus.
Customisable to your needs
Peugeot provides 60 accessories to personalise the Landtrek, including protective mats, chrome roll bars, and thermoformed cargo bed liners. Market-specific special editions are also available to cater to local preferences.
Powerful engine options
The Landtrek caters to diverse needs with a choice of two engines. Depending on the market, it offers a 1.9-litre diesel engine delivering 112kW and 350Nm of torque or a 2.4-litre petrol engine generating 156kW and 320Nm of torque. Both engines are paired with either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission.
Safety and off-road mastery
Advanced safety features include six airbags, lane departure warnings, and a descent control system. Up to four cameras, including a 360-degree view and off-road camera, simplify manoeuvring in tight spaces.
Equipped with a 4×2 or 4×4 drivetrain, the Landtrek handles challenging terrains with ease. The 4×4 version includes an eLocker system, enhancing traction on slippery surfaces. With a ground clearance of up to 235mm, it excels in rugged environments, offering:
- Wading depth: 600mm
- Approach angle: Up to 30 degrees
- Departure angle: Up to 27 degrees
- Central angle: 25 degrees
Outstanding loading capabilities
The Landtrek’s spacious cargo bed leads its segment, accommodating two Euro pallets in the double-cabin model and three in the single-cabin version. Payload capacity reaches up to 1 400kg, with a towing capability of 3 000kg.
Built for a world of adventures
The new Peugeot Landtrek blends style, performance, and practicality, making it a standout in the one-ton bakkie category. Whether you’re navigating city streets or tackling off-road trails, this pickup is designed to help you “Live Bigger.”
